Whole turkeys are sourced from Ferndale Farm in Cannon Falls, MN and turkey breasts from Wild Acres in Pequot Lakes, MN. They are raised with zero chemicals, natural feed, and plenty of sunshine, and delivered from farm to table in less than 24 hours.
In our kitchen, we create classic and refined dishes from scratch. We work hard to source the highest quality ingredients, use simple cooking methods, and pay great attention to the details.
